Becoming the “Oomph”
Hello there. By now, you’ve probably scanned the website, read our bios and learned a bit about what we do. If you haven’t, give it a shot. Not to toot our own horn but, well, it’s pretty cool.
That said, it’s the why we do what we do that we’d really like to discuss.
So, why do we do it? Well, we LOVE our jobs – and we think it’s only fair that you should, too!
Unfortunately, not everyone has a job they love. Or, maybe it has potential and just needs a little bit of “oomph” to move it in the right direction. That’s where we come in – we’re the oomph.
Becoming the Oomph
Armed with decades of experience in the financial industry and a desire to help others improve their relationships with their careers, founders Gina Rainey and Mike Meek developed and fine-tuned a plan to utilize their skills in a way that would best benefit their clients and their clients’ current and future employees.
By partnering exclusively with Advisors Excel, which has some of the top 1% of financial professionals across the country, Gina and Mike were confident that the foundations were already pretty solid and held the ultimate growth potential. What they would do is help provide quality team members, tools and coaching to continue to build upon the foundations and produce happy, healthy professional relationships for the producer and their team.
We don’t know about you, but that makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
Today
Today, we at Advisor Employee Services continue to play a vital role in developing, organizing and improving financial offices throughout the country. By having a hand in every step of the hiring and training processes and continuing onward with producer and team coaching through our partners, Advisors Excel and AE Coach, we are able to improve every aspect of the team growth, organization, functionality and career satisfaction.
Again, warm fuzzies.
And that, friends, is why we do what we do. We just think everyone deserves to love their job.
