Spotlight on AES Offerings: Elite Team Training
Elite Team Training is a two-day operational excellence course that has something for everyone — from your newest employee to an Operational Excellence Academy graduate who could use a refresher. There is even a beneficial component for associate producers.
To ensure all attendees get the training they need, Elite Team Training breaks the group into three subgroups consisting of first-time attendees, return attendees and associate producers. Staff who have attended Operational Excellence Academy and have been with their producer for at least one year will focus on operational areas, including:
• Database Management
• Sales Process
• Client Experience
• Marketing
• Client Servicing
• Know Your Numbers
• Weekly Team Meetings
Associate producers, however, will focus on sales practices including:
• Psychology of Sales
• Wedge Questions
• Documenting the Sales Process
• Cost of a Lead
• Time Management
These subgroups are then divided further based on position and activity preference in order to customize attendees’ learning experiences.
