Do you have a few newbies on the team that need an industry/operational crash course? Could you, or your team, maybe just use a review? Fortunately, Advisor Employee Services offers a few programs to Advisors Excel affiliated producers/teams to do just that. Among these is our extremely beneficial New Hire Networking program.

Our New Hire Networking program is a collaborative effort available to all new employees affiliated with AE producers. Our New Hire Networking program is a three-month collaborative effort available to you and all other new employees affiliated with AE producer offices. Through conference calls led by AE industry professionals, you will learn the ropes to help you feel comfortable in your new position. This three-month program is available to all new hires.

What to expect:

Pre-Call: Help us get to know you.
– Send us your bio (personal and work) and include your photo and job title
– Set up monthly meeting phone calls

– Independent Financial Professionals
– FMO (Field Marketing Organization)

Conference Call #2: How is it going?
– Each person describes a win and loss
– Go over practice/office segments
– Primary/Secondary and how it works for an office

FAQs

Q: Who will be on the other end of the phone?

A: You and a group of other new hires from financial professionals’ offices across the country
will join in on a monthly conference call led by an experienced AE industry professional.
Together, we will help you navigate your daily tasks and form a support group to answer any
questions you may have along the way.

Q: What will the phone calls be about?

A: The phone calls will provide educational opportunities to help you understand the industry
you are entering. You will learn the basics of insurance and annuity products and their carriers,
as well as be introduced to all the various services Advisors Excel proudly offers our clients.

Q: How long is the program?

A: One-hour conference calls will be conducted once a month for three months. However,
our services are always available to you whenever you have questions. Don’t hesitate to ask!

Q: Who can join?

A: Any and all new hires are encouraged to join!
