gina

Gina Rainey
Founder

Administrative coaching guru Gina Rainey will help position your business for success. Working with financial professionals and their teams has been Gina’s forte since she entered the industry over a decade ago.

Having been an assistant and a producer herself, Gina brings both views to the table and is able to bridge the gap between the entrepreneurial side of the producer and the systematic, methodical brain of the assistant. She has created several clear-cut, easy-to-implement, hands-on solutions that are sweeping through offices all over the U.S.

With the creation of a trusted, organized and systematic back office, she ultimately frees the producer so they can focus solely on meeting with clients, closing prospects and building a great company.
